The scope a customer agreed to, tracked to delivered and accepted, with the evidence attached.

In pilot First built for anyone delivering agreed work to a customer · 2026

When a customer accepts a scope, it becomes a tracked delivery: every item on the list, what's done, what's waiting, and what's been accepted. Work in the repository reports its own evidence, which can move an item as far as ready for review and no further. Delivered is a person's word; accepted is the customer's. The customer watches it all on a private page.

The moment it earns its keepA customer asks "where is this at?" and gets a private page that already answers, item by item, with what was actually built.

What it proves we can do

Four things it does.

01

The agreed list becomes the plan

Accepted scope turns into tracked items automatically, keyed to the exact version agreed.

02

Evidence moves items, people finish them

Real work reports itself as evidence; only a person marks delivered, only the customer accepts.

03

A private page for the customer

One link, always current, no login to lose and nothing to chase.

04

Agree a change, keep the history

A new agreed version rebases the plan without losing what was already accepted.

What it shares with the rest of the Lab.

The same things we know how to do keep coming back in different industries. This is where this one sits: what it proves, and what else proves the same thing.

Sealed, verifiable records Work that writes down what happened in a way nobody can quietly edit later. Also proved by Podcast Maker, Magnetic Digital Twin, CAD Workbench, Sentinel.

A person approves before it's real Automation can prepare anything and finish nothing. The last step is always a person. Also proved by Tesryn Signal, Podcast Maker, CAD Workbench, Reconstruction Research Studio, Application Engineering, Command Center.

Plain language, no training day One action per screen, words the user already uses, and errors that say what to do next. Also proved by Tesryn Signal, Reconstruction Research Studio, Part Finder, Referral Engine, Command Center, Referral Platform, Insurance-aware Intake.

The whole map — six sections, and everything that proves them.

  • Automation can never sign off for a person, and a person can never accept for the customer.
  • Every accepted item is written once and hashed, so the record can't drift.

What it isn't. Not a project management tool to live in. It exists so nobody has to ask how it's going.

We'll tell you what it can do. Not how it's built.

Yours would be your own build, on your systems, and you'd own it outright: code, documentation, no lock-in. What we bring to it is the practice — we've solved this shape of problem before, so you're not paying for the first attempt. The method stays ours. And if what you need isn't here at all, that's the usual case — it's how every skill on this page started.
