Numbers to parts to physics
One design description becomes manufacturable part files and a full field, force and heat picture.

01 — What it is
An engineer describes a candidate design with a handful of numbers. It becomes parts, a simulated magnetic field, the force it would exert, the current, power and heat it would need, and a check against every engineering limit. Candidates are then compared honestly: one only beats another where the difference is bigger than the simulation can resolve. Part of Aximyr, Tesryn's engineering platform, since October 2026: its magnetic tweezers module.
The moment it earns its keepTwo designs look equally good on paper; by lunchtime you know which one is genuinely better and which difference was noise.
What it proves we can do
02 — What it can do
One design description becomes manufacturable part files and a full field, force and heat picture.
Differences smaller than what the simulation can measure are reported as ties, not wins.
Every evaluation leaves a dated, verifiable record that can be compared with any other.
Heat, current, fit and manufacturability are checked on every candidate, not at the end.
03 — How it connects
The same things we know how to do keep coming back in different industries. This is where this one sits: what it proves, and what else proves the same thing.
Comparing only where evidence can tell things apart Differences smaller than what the method can measure are reported as ties, not wins. Also proved by Research Benchmark, Capability Distillation.
Sealed, verifiable records Work that writes down what happened in a way nobody can quietly edit later. Also proved by Podcast Maker, CAD Workbench, Sentinel, Tesryn Launch.
Simulation you can decide with Fields, forces, heat and soft tissue, solved fast enough to explore and checked against known answers. Also proved by Reconstruction Research Studio.
A description becomes real parts Numbers in, manufacturable geometry and engineering limits out, the same way every time. Also proved by CAD Workbench, Application Engineering.
Saying how sure it is, in plain words Confidence expressed so a non-specialist can weigh it, not hidden in a number. Also proved by Reconstruction Research Studio.
The whole map — six sections, and everything that proves them.
04 — What it's held to
What it isn't. Not a substitute for measurement on real hardware.
05 — The recipe stays in the lab
Yours would be your own build, on your systems, and you'd own it outright: code, documentation, no lock-in. What we bring to it is the practice — we've solved this shape of problem before, so you're not paying for the first attempt. The method stays ours. And if what you need isn't here at all, that's the usual case — it's how every skill on this page started.
