Draft, not legal advice. This is a starting point written for a small Canadian company with a brochure site. Have it reviewed by Canadian counsel before you rely on it, and make sure it describes what your site and your host actually do.
Informational purpose
This website is published by Tesryn for general information about our work. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, medical or engineering advice, and nothing here creates a client or advisory relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
No investment advice
